The velcro closure on the 2023 version actually works great in practice—snaps shut securely even after months of folding and unfolding the stroller. I've taken it through two rainy park days and the canopy stayed completely dry underneath. Slightly different from the zipper I expected, but honestly
I was worried about the velcro closure at first, but it’s actually held up perfectly through a few windy walks. The cover fits my stroller snugly and keeps the rain off my little one.
